Christmas 2025 in Cefalù: discover all the events

Cefalù is one of the most sought-after and crowded summer destinations, thanks to the clear sea, leisure opportunities, and vibrant nightlife. However, it is also worth a visit in the winter months, when the city dresses up for Christmas. In fact, every year the Norman centre offers a rich programme of initiatives dedicated to the Christmas period.

From December 6th to January 6th, Cefalù abandons its typically seaside atmosphere to take on a more intimate and traditional feel: living nativity scenes and local events enliven the streets and squares. For children, a must-see is a visit to Santa’s house.

Among the places worth seeing are the Cefalù Cathedral, the medieval washhouse, the Salvatore Cicero Municipal Theatre, and the Mandralisca Museum, which houses valuable works by Antonello da Messina, the Flemish school, and Sicilian artists.
